Una reina, Isabel I de Castilla se encuentra sentada contemplando a los paisajes de la Capilla Real de Granada. Imágenes de la época son proyectadas mientras los personajes hablan, Mayordomo se muestra con cautela e Isabel, enérgica se manifiesta con fuerza. Una música de aquel tiempo comienza a trinar antes de que los personajes. Alguien desazonado y temeroso llama a Isabel desde el otro lado de un hermoso sarcófago de alabastro y jaspe.
El guardián de los tiempos ha recibido un alarmante mensaje. Un ejército de mercenarios se acerca.
