EL OFTALMÓLOGO, HA PUESTO GAFAS A CHUCHÍN. A la vuelta, Chuchín tira las gafas por la ventana de “El Especial” en el Puente del Pantano. LA MADRE DE CHUCHÍN ESTÁ A PUNTO DE DESMAYARSE. La gineta abanica a la madre de Chuchín durante el soponcio en el autobús. Cuando llegan al pueblo, suben una cuesta. Al final está el cementerio. CHUCHÍN NO QUIERE PASAR POR DELANTE DEL CEMENTERIO. Tiene miedo. Es tozudo. Nadie le hará moverse. Sus amigos, Pedro y Manolo sonríen al verle. A CHUCHÍN NO LE GUSTA QUE LE LLAMEN BORRICO. NO QUIERE SER UN BURRO. Chuchín hace travesuras. La madre de Chuchín llora por las noches. No sabe qué hacer con Chuchín. Finalmente, decide que Chuchín acompañe al leñador a acarrear leña para poder comprar otras gafas.
