¿Cómo creer a un bufón?. El bufón es el diplomático, aquel que conoce y habla dos lenguajes: el del temor y el de la verdad. Se debate y sufre entre lo que sabe que es (un hombre) y su forma de actuar (un bromista y embustero). El mundo de la corte, con sus intrigas y sospechas, es su cárcel.
